Press any 'Enquire Now' button on our page, fill out and submit the form and we will respond to you with tutor availability, and have a conversation on how best to support individual student goals.
We find a time that works for you to meet with one of our amazing tutors once or multiple times per week.
We work around your timetables, holidays and extra-curricular commitments. There are no lock-in tutoring contracts.
3. We schedule a Google Meeting
4a. Meet with your Tutor In-Person
Based on the timeslot agreed upon, we schedule an In-Person tutoring session OR a google meeting with our tutor and the student, which sends an invitation and/or reminder. This will also automatically add itself to your google calendar. We schedule these sessions to be recurring weekly or variably based on your requirements.
We want every student to get the most out of their tutoring session, so prior to our tutor arriving, have devices and books laid out. We encourage students to have their minds refreshed and ready before tutoring - we recommend a glass of water, a healthy snack and if you can, a well-being oriented activity beforehand (non-phone related).

A Note from Our Co-Founder
At Ravenswood School for Girls every aspect of my learning was underpinned by a positive education framework. Over time, this altered my approach to setbacks, working towards and achieving my greatest goals, and building confidence in all areas of the school environment.
English Advanced was a strong suit, however my performance in reading tasks was in need of improvement. In Year 11, I thought looking over writing techniques and completing a few practice questions prior to would be enough, but I still wasn't getting the results I had hoped for.
This is where a positive mindset mattered most. Rather than simply ignoring this setback, I reflected and realised I needed a more strategic approach to studying. So here are the changes I made...
I discovered a way of tackling the question in a simple but sophisticated way. I call this, finding a formula - a method of approaching a subject or task, that makes sense to the student. Secondly, I received expert help from a recent highschool graduate tutor that bolstered my subject knowledge beyond class lessons, doubling down on information learnt and increasing my interaction with a difficult topic. Finally, I created balance in my week-to-week study schedule, aware of the need to limit distractions, manage my time effectively and allow for wellbeing-oriented activities.
